When making an appointment, your booking will be confirmed on the day prior. Should you be unable to attend, please call, I will be delighted to reschedule your service. However, if 24 hours notice is not provided, a cancellation fee (50% of your service fee) may be charged*. Similarly, if you are running late, your service time will be effected and will still incur full service payment.

Hygiene and safety standards are a priority. It is recommended that you purchase an individualized client pack for your exclusive use. Whilst I invite you to enjoy a beverage during your appointment, I request that you refrain from consuming food items.

* Please note: should you need to cancel and your appointment time is able to be accepted by a client on the waiting list, no fee will be incurred.
